  31st May 2008 5:28PM EST GMT+10 Toolbar Update and Event Pokemon  Well for today I have created a page with a list of Pokemon Aus24 Exclusive Event Pokemon that may be given out on future occasions. The page goes through all the info about each of the five Pokemon so that when they are finally given away, you will know what to expect. I have also updated the toolbar (once downloaded, it automatically applies any updates itself so you only need download it once) by giving it a slightly more professional and Pokemon-ized look so click here to download it (it is obviously free). The Pokemon Aus24 toolbar offers Pokemon and Nintendo news updates, weather, e-mail notifications and important links. Also a secret password will appear on the toolbar randomly next week, the first person to either e-mail or PM me the password will be awarded one Shiny Ralts (via Wi-Fi trade) from our Events Pokemon page. 30th May 2008 7:05PM EST GMT+10 Gaming News Two things have launched on the Wii today, the first being Pokemon Puzzle League on the Virtual Console. For 1000 Wii Points Wii Owners can now download the exclusive Nintendo64 title on their Wii to relive this classic adventures. Next up is the Nintendo Channel allowing Wii Owners to gain details, watch trailers and read reviews on a heap of different Wii, DS, WiiWare and VC games. All though Pokemon Aus24 has had the release for Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and Darkness up for weeks, Nintendo Australia have only revealed it today on their site. Pre-order your copy at Toys R Us for $58 to receive a free PokeDex Book. Nintendo Australia will also soon be posting info on their site for an upcoming Connection Tour featuring Super Smash Bros. New Shaymin "Forme" Image? Well here is an something circulating the internet at the moment, it's a possible image of Shaymin's new sky forme. It follows the description of our previous post which mentioned the new forme looking like an Eevee Evolution style Pokemon. Whether this actually is Shaymin's sky forme is still a mystery since there is nothing to prove the legitimacy of the image. You may be wondering why I spelt the word "Form" as "Forme", well at Pokemon.com this is the word they will be using as is the case currently for Deoxys if you check it's PokeDex. This change recently occurred in preparation for the alternate forms of Giratina and Shaymin. The other project I've been working on has finally been completed today, the first part of it being a Pokemon Aus24 RSS feed. You can now subscribe to Pokemon Aus24 updates with your RSS readers but the main reason I added this feature was because the second part of the project depended on it. I have finally completed our first project, Digital Bidoof. Click on the link to see how it works but basically it is a virtual Bidoof pet which works in a similar fashion to Digimon. Brawl. Though it has not been revealed by Nintendo directly, official advertising and dummy boxes (made by Nintendo) present in various shops across Australia are stamped with this date confirming it's accuracy, not to mention the date was present in EB's computer system as mentioned in our last news article and at DVDCrave. For those of you who chose to not import Brawl with the Freeloader I have some great news, Nintendo Australia has confirmed Brawl will be released on June 26th, one day before Europe. A scan from this Thursday's issue of CoroCoro has been leaked like always, the page contains info on the confirmed title of Pokemon Platinum. Giratina will appear on the cover and so far it is confirmed it's Origin form will appear in the game, though none of these images show it. As you can see Lucas seems to be dressed in blue now instead of red so will Dawn be dressed in red instead of blue? We'll have to wait and see. Finally as you can see in the first image, Giratina is standing in front of Dialga and Palkia which could suggest both are available in Platinum as Kyogre and Groudon were in Emerald. Remember the magazine is out this Thursday so expect more pages, info and picture all in better quality in the next two days or so.  Crain games (the ones where you put in money then try to grab toys with a hook) across Australia now contain Pokemon Diamond and Pearl toys, it was only a matter of time really since they've had Mario toys recently. So far I've only seen a giant Pikachu and Piplup, I managed to win them both so below is a photo of them, I placed a Wii game there so you can get an idea of their actual size. I assume Turtwig and Chimchar will eventually also be available so in the mean time try and grab these exclusive toys.  Finally it seems now that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and Darkness wont be available in Australia till July seeing as we don't have a release date yet. If you are desperate you can either buy a US copy from your local Game Traders for $70 or over the internet for around $60 including postage. If you can wait then pre-order from Toys R Us to get a free PokeDex V.2 book, the game is expected to cost $57 from there. Edit: Forum member Gibleman14 was recently told by EB the games are set for release June 19th but until we get the official word from Nintendo, it is only a rumour. [Rumour] blue SKY, the famous Japanese blog has revealed some new info about the upcoming Diamond and Pearl remake for the DS. This source has often revealed accurate details in the past but has also made afew mistakes so don't believe anything until CoroCoro officially reveals the info on Thursday. Anyway the blog claims... - The game is called "Pokemon Platinum" and released in September in Japan. - Giratina will be on the cover. - Underground now has Wi-Fi. - A new "Battle Island" will be available and work the same way as the Battle Frontier. - Giratina's Origin Form, Regigigas' Sky Form and Shaymin's Land Form will all appear in the game. - Volkner is not the Sunyshore Gym Leader anymore as was the case with Wallace in Emerald. Remember CoroCoro is out in Japan this Thursday and is said to reveal the secret forms of Regigigas and Shaymin, more info and screenshots of this new game and possibly a new never-before-seen 5th generation Pokemon! Pokemon Aus24 will have all the details so stay tuned, also note that alot of info from CoroCoro is often leaked a day or two before. I have also changed our Pokemon Poll so click here to get your vote in, this special poll will help me work out what people like most so I can create more pages for popular features. You also may have noticed we have a partner site, The Pokemon Center is an Australian based Pokemon site which also has news posters from the US so feel free to check them out. Finally this week Pokemon.com have been revealing codes for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and Darkness on the DS. These codes unlock secret missions which result in unlocking version exclusive Pokemon and items. These codes WILL work on the Australian version of the game so once we get it this June, we'll be ready to go! Off Topic: Wii Fit was released today and any Wii owners who feel they could do with some more excerise should look into it. There are four (Piplup, Chimchar, Turtwig and Pikachu) PokeBalls/Spinning Tops to collect, once you collect them all you can stack and spin them on top of each other. Nintendo have announced that their next Nintendo64 title to appear in the Virtual Console will be Pokemon Puzzle League. Released later on in the N64's lifetime, the game has Ash battling his way through trainers in the town of Puzzle Village to become the Puzzle Master. There are 16 playable characters and a whole heap of different puzzle modes, click here for the Wikipedia page.  The Pokemon Daisuke Club in Japan is offering lots of exclusive 11th movie products including an exclusive silver DS lite, click here to have a look. Six days after Nintendo copyrighted "Origin Form" for Giratina, the words "Sky Form" and "Land Form" where also reserved. It is still unknown which Pokemon these new forms refer to, Shaymin perhaps? I guess we'll have to wait and see what is revealed in the next CoroCoro due out in twelve days. Next we have the latest GTS update... Instead of forcing everyone to change over I have added a Style Switcher to the right menu which will allow you to toggle between the two.
